Today we begin house to house visitation to invite families to our birthday party for Jesus and Christmas service. The party will be held this afternoon, tonight there is a fellowship evening with the church.
Yesterday we went shopping to buy lollies and toys for the loot bags and the makings of a Christmas meal, Ham, Spaghetti, Pasta sauce, Fruit salad and cream. The afternoon was spent packing the bags ready for distribution. We travel by either jeepney (A mini bus) or a tricycle (a motorbike with a side car). So we have become adept to squeezing into small spaces.
Our accommodation is very good, the food is excellent, the people we meet are delightful, roosters crow 24/7 and we can see the rice fields from our upstairs windows. So thankful to hear Jude is doing well.
